Story

Why
we do this

A programme participant was once a regional director with three assistants. For four years she worked in the Caribbean — far from the corporate world. When she returned, she felt that the world of technology had moved forward without her.

Today she uses AI actively — every day. Not because someone told her to. Because someone showed her how. Calmly. Without rushing. With respect for everything she already knew and could do.

People are ready. They just need to be taught well.

CAK was born from this story. And from the conviction that life and professional experience is the best foundation for learning new tools.

Three programme pillars

How
it works

We are not an online course. We are not a webinar. We are a place where you learn together with others — with a trainer and a psychological assistant at every step.

Digitalisation without barriers

Months 1–3

Small groups of 5–8 people. Every session led by a trainer with a psychological assistant. Your own pace, zero pressure.

Return to work

Months 3–6

Internships at AszStrategy and partners. Real tasks, real experience. Possibility of employment on grant projects.
