ASZSTRATEGY sp. z o.o. operates the websites aszstrategy.eu and aszpartners.eu; this policy covers both.

2. Scope and purpose of processing
We process the data you provide to us voluntarily when you contact us — primarily your e-mail address and the content of your message. We use the data solely to reply and to conduct correspondence on the matter you contact us about.
3. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — the controller's legitimate interest in handling correspondence addressed to us, and, with regard to possible cooperation, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
4. Retention period
We keep the data for as long as necessary to handle the matter and for the period required by law (e.g. limitation of claims), after which we delete it.

6. Recipients and tools
The website's fonts are served from our own server — the site does not connect to Google Fonts or other external services. We do not use cookies for tracking or profiling.
E-mail in the aszstrategy.eu domain is handled by Google (Google Workspace), which processes correspondence data as a processor on our behalf. As a result, data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area, under the rules laid down in Chapter V GDPR.
