A laboratory of work and technology. We work on one subject — returning to work for people aged 40 and over and for people who dropped out of the labour market for mental health reasons. Delivery roles are staffed by a team of AI agents; oversight, accountability and every decision that leaves the lab stay with a human.
How a team of agents works
Research
A research question gets an owner, a deadline and an answer with its sources named. Material that cannot be checked is not a basis for a conclusion.
Implementation
A research result becomes an implementation card: what to do, in what order, and how to measure the effect before, at 6 and at 12 months.
Second opinion
Conclusions are reviewed by a model from a different vendor, looking for arguments against. A dispute that cannot be settled goes to a human.
Human decision
Agents hold no mandate: they do not sign contracts and do not represent the group. Nothing goes outside without the approval of the responsible person.
Role
ASZ Labs is the group's fifth drive — the one that checks before the rest deploys. We are the methodology arm: we research, design the pilot and measure the effect. Delivery sits with ASZ CAK or a partner — that is where the work happens with the people the subject concerns.
Labs is also the group's own test case: the first unit where delivery roles are staffed by agents and humans remain in control. What comes of it — including what does not — we describe openly.
